Baptism Dress | Newport Beach, CA

This young girl is getting baptized soon, a religious ceremony marking her commitment to follow Christ. She wanted formal pictures taken at the LDS Temple in Newport Beach to both celebrate the event and print on invitations for friends.

We arrived at the location at 4pm, not knowing that was the exact time it was to close for the day. By some miracle, the gatekeeper was running late and we were permitted to continue with our photoshoot. This girl looked and felt like a princess, dressed all in white and with a flower hair clip that she wore as a baby. She knew exactly kind of pictures she wanted, and often struck the perfect poses all on her own. I feel blessed to take part in this special event, and wish her a beautiful baptism day.
